If you make an appointment & don’t turn up for your appointment or don’t give us 24 hrs notice to change your time it will be counted as 1 treatment taken. So please give us minimum 24hr notice for cancellations & rescheduling. No exceptions, sorry – we’ve had too many people not turning up for IPL pre-booked appointments. 

What is IPL hair removal?

IPL Permanent Hair Removal IPL is an intense pulse light that sends a light energy down into the hair follicle to destroy the hair regrowth.

You will need 8 or more sessions to remove hair as your hair has different hair growth phases.

Do not shave in between your IPL treatments, you must let the hair grow through & then it will fall out. If you shave the hair before it grows back through it will not fall out. Shave the day of or the day of each treatment. The hair doesn’t fall out immediately – it may take weeks.

Also, if you take any supplements make sure they don’t increase hair growth as this will affect the effectiveness of the hair lose process. Some supplements increase hair growth please check before taking them.

If we need to shave you must notify us the day before – extra $30 charge applies depending on the surface area
