1 hr Hot Stone Massage  where we place hot stones over your chakras on your back to warm your back muscles & help in relaxing tight sore muscles while ground & balance your energy.  

Then we  use heated stones to apply a gentle flowing pressure to release & induce total relaxation to your muscles & nervous system. The warmed stones coated in oil are also used by the therapist delivering gentle flowing strokes. The hot stones used are commonly Basalt stones (or lava rocks) which over time have become extremely polished and smooth & hold an extremely grounding energy for people that tend to not be grounded in energy. The purpose of being grounded is to manifest everything you need & to be more present in your every day life. As the stones are placed along the recipient’s back, they help to retain heat which then deeply penetrates into the muscles, releasing tension & has a very soothing feeling.
