Couples spa packages are done in our double room with double spa bath & Infrared sauna in the same room no other person shares this space. Spa is filled & emptied for each client.
No bookings are taken, held & confirmed for any time without credit card details.
Full charge occurs for no shows or minimum 3 days or 78 hrs notice for cancellations from 9am. No exceptions.
1 hr Couples Mini Package (2 0r 4 people only, not available for 3 people)
You can choose different 1 hr packages from each other as long as it is 1hr.

For cancellations
Due to high numbers of no shows & last minute cancellations we are enforcing this policy. Minimum 3 day by 9am for all cancellation or reschedules or full charge applies
No appointment are taken without credit details to hold your booking.
50% payments on booking not refundable or transferable to other days, products or services. You can pay on the day. The remainder of the 50% pay on the day of treatments.
