Here’s what happens now

Your gift certificate will be emailed to you in the next 24 hours. When you make a booking, be sure to tell us that you intend to use your certificate and make sure you member to bring your gift certificate with you as it must be redeemed in store.

If you don’t receive your certificate email, please call us on  07 5471 3777 and we will fix this for you.

We require 24 hours  notice for all cancellation or reschedules – if this time frame is breached your certificate will be voided.

Conditions on gift certificate
You must presented gift certificate on arrival
You must  tell us on booking you have a gift certificate.
24 hr notice is required for all cancellation  or rescheduling your booking time  or voucher is void
You must show up on time or your time will be cut down to finish at scheduled time so we don’t hold other clients up.
If you don’t turn up for your appointment  your gift certificate will be void as we have kept that time especially for you.
