Bookings & Cancellation Policy
We respect your time and we hope you can understand we have dedicated our time for your appointment.
Upon booking your treatment with us you are bound to our booking policy. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel, reschedule or alter your appointment services with us.
We understand that some circumstances are out of your control however, when cancelling with less than 24 hours notice, we will need to apply a full charge cancellation fee to the value .
Where possible, you may wish to send someone in your place to take the appointment as it is hard to fill the allotted time last minute. In regards to Covid-19 if you or anyone in your family is unwell, we need you to cancel and book again when you are well and at our discretion we may need to see your negative covid-19 test results.

Please leave a message with the day, time & treatment you require, so we can call you back as soon as possible please do not keep calling, call once only & leave a complete message with what treatments your after & we can get back to you much quicker.
Cancellation of Appointments
To cancel any appointments please call only during opening hours (9 am -5 pm)
24 hr minimum prior to the day of your treatments. 48 hr minimum for 2hr or couple booking.
Please call once only & leave all the details in your message, if we don’t pick up.
We will call you back as soon as possible.
For Monday cancellations you are required to call by 10.00am Saturday at the latest as we are closed Sundays & unable to refill your booking for a monday appointment, last minute or if you call sunday & full charge of your services booked applies.
Please have your credit card and/or gift voucher number with you at time of booking if booking with a voucher, as we required the details to confirm all bookings.
If you have prepaid for any service in bulk packages of IPL , facials or any other services & you don’t show up for your appointment or don’t give us 24 hrs notice to cancel or reschedule your booking your treatment will be nil & void & counted as 1 treatment taken. Unfortunately we have had to many clients not turning up for there appointments so this is know a requirement.
Your treatment time has been reserved especially for you. If you need to reduce treatment time, reschedule or cancel your appointment, you are required to provide 24 hour cancellation notice, couples require 48 hrs cancellation notice (full group bookings 7 days cancellation notice). Should you not arrive for your appointment or reduce the treatment time we’ve especially reserved for you the full amount of your treatment time will apply and gift vouchers are automatically void. Without 24 hrs notice the full charge of your treatment will apply.
Clients suffering from intoxication or transmittable infections will not be permitted to have treatments at organica day spa. It is not advisable for your own health to have treatments while unwell nor is it safe for the health of our staff who care for you. If you arrive unwell we cannot proceed with your treatments then our cancellation policy applies.
Please advise us upon booking of any allergies, ailments, disabilities or pregnant so that we can prepare the treatments correctly for you
It is recommended to book in advance for your organica day spa experience, however we do take last minute bookings when we have them to offer. With so many choices of treatments on our spa menu, we can assist you in selecting the best treatment options to suit your individual needs. We know from experience that it takes the first hour of a treatment to relax, therefore our minimum booking for spa treatments is one hour per person
About using Vouchers
All organica day spa vouchers have a 1 year expiry, after that time they will be nil & void. If your voucher are purchased with our specials we can’t change treatments within that voucher, however you may change it to a full priced service if the treatments aren’t suitable. If the voucher has regular priced treatments you can change your treatment to any full priced service you would prefer. We need to know what treatment you would prefer on booking.
No refunds are available with any gift vouchers.
Information needed on booking if you have a grey organica voucher purchased in store, an emailed organica voucher or voucher from book me or group on.
We need to know the name, code & the treatment on the voucher when booking to verify your voucher. All vouchers must be presented on arrival or your treatment will not proceed & the voucher will be void. To cancel or reschedule your booking we require a minimum or 24hrs notice for 1 person or 1 hr or less booking or 48 hrs for a couples booking or spa package of 2 hr or more or your voucher will be nil & void.
