Reservations
On booking please have your credit card number with you as a credit card is required to hold all bookings. We recommend booking in advance especially with groups/ wedding parties. We can assist you with selecting the right treatments.
Cancellation policy
Your treatment time has been reserved especially for you. If you need to reduce your treatment time, reschedule or cancel your appointment you are required to provide 24 hours notice for single treatment bookings. Group bookings require 7 days notice. Without notice, the full charge to any treatments apply. Should you not turn up for your treatment a full charge applies. Late arrivals treatments will be shortened determining the length of your treatment.
